When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed before they ship. Shipping times vary depending on your shipping selection during checkout.
Changes to my Order
If your order has not been shipped, corrections to your orders can be made. Please contact us immediately with your order number at clawesomenails@gmail.com or click here.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
Clawesome Nails is sad but happy to take your orders back for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unopened, unworn. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility and a full refund of items will be issued. Shipping cost are non-refundable nor can be credited

Damage / Defective Items
If you received a damaged item or defective product, please contact us at clawesomenails@gmail.com or click here within 48 hours of delivery. Include order number and a clear photo of item.
